Swartz and Kulpa Engineers Inc. are specialists in all aspects of exterior wall system design, including stone veneer anchorage systems, glass curtain wall design, precast concrete panel systems, forensic analysis and design and analysis of light gage metal buildings. The two principles of the firm; Gregory Kulpa and Allan Swartz have been involved in the design curtain walls and light gage metal structures for many years. Since 1979, Gregory Kulpa, formally with Inryco Milcor (at one time the nations largest manufacturer of light gage metal framing) has been personally involved in many of the early developments and research that laid the foundation for modern design and detailing techniques. Allan J. Swartz has been extensively involved in the engineering detailing design and manufacture of curtain wall systems and metal stud framed structures since 1983 and has helped pioneer many of the latest most efficient methods being used today in both curtain wall design and commercial and residential light gage steel construction. Both Allan Swartz and Gregory Kulpa hold U.S. patents for both curtain wall components and light gage steel structural components.  Successful projects by Swartz and Kulpa range from multi-story commercial office buildings and residential buildings to mass housing projects.
