Swartz and Kulpa Engineering was founded in 1988. The two principals, Allan Swartz and Gregory Kulpa, have been involved all facets of the curtain wall industry. Engineered systems designed by Swartz and Kulpa can be found Across North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Hawaii and the Islands of the South Pacific. Our strong background in design and testing has given us unique insight into the performance of the individual components that make up the curtain wall. This insight has strengthened our approach to forensic analysis. At Swartz and Kulpa we believe in our ability to solve difficult problems with innovative approaches. We have been very successful in diagnosing a wide variety of curtain wall problems and developing practical cost effective solutions that work even after other consultants have tried and failed.
We feel that out background makes use eminently qualified to offer comprehensive Expert Witness, Forensic Analysis, and Property Condition Assessment Services. After more than 30 years in design and Engineering, Allan Swartz has decided to move the company in a new direction. Design and Engineering Service will be scaled back and eventually eliminated for all but a few clients. Doing this will eliminate conflicts of interest and enable us to fully concentrate on the remaining areas of service. We look forward to continuing to provide for our clients’ needs in these areas for many years to come.
